EFFECT OF ETHICAL CODES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY OF SELECTED QUOTED DEPOSIT MONEY BANKS IN LAGOS STATE, NIGERIA

This study examined the effect of ethicalcodes on customer service delivery selected quoted deposit money banks in Lagos state, Nigeria. Cross-sectional survey research design was adopted study. The population 38,003 staff and 17,780 corporate customers eight State, A sample size 494 for were determined using Cochrans formula. Stratified proportionate sampling technique Data collected a structured validated questionnaire.
